My work on the Committee
The Work & Pensions Committee is appointed by the House of Commons to examine the expenditure, administration and policy of the Department for Work & Pensions and matters falling within the responsibilities of associated public bodies.
Our pensions system is a vital yet encumbering part of British society, which is why I feel it is important to be involved with its policy. As both a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser, I am very familiar with pensions and am interested in streamlining and making its delivery more efficient for the British public.
